Meet Coach Mindy

My Mission

My mission is to help people understand their body’s and what works for them! I hope to continuously make people feel comfortable. Fitness journeys are a struggle to get into and I absolutely understand all the feelings that come with wanting to do better for your self but not knowing how. Everything is a learning curve, especially when you start at ground zero like I did. I want to get what knowledge I have out to as many women who need it - there’s power is persevering through a goal.

I am a very caring person and wouldn't let you give up. I would find a solution to every problem the client encountered. I would text, video chat or email to keep the client motived and let them know they weren't in this journey alone. I am very passionate about health and fitness, especially women. Most women just want to be heard and get soft suggestions to make the workouts easier and FUN! Working women don't have the time for hours of research on the web. I would do it for them.
