A client should train with me because I have a knowledge base of fitness, that regular personal trainers do not. I have been working with college athletes for the past 4 years, and have developed systems that have helped numerous athletes become stronger and more powerful. I understand that not everyone wants to train like an athlete, so all programs that I create will be tailored to the individuals fitness goals.
My go to workout is a strength based workout consisting of bench, squat and deadlift.
I love fish, assorted vegetables, brown rice, and fruit.
