I believe that it is very important to go the extra mile to truly learn about my client, including their strengths and weaknesses along with likes and dislikes. I feel as though It is very important to create a safe space and an environment that makes the client feel comfortable. As a coach I want my clients to be receptive. Therefore, I am unique with my approach and I ensure that the program is tailored specifically towards my clients and their goals.
My go-to workout consists of a HIIT cardio session with a combination of Strength Training.
- Grilled / Baked Chicken - Asparagus - Pineapples / Strawberries (Most Fruit) - Egg Whites
- Broccoli - Fish - Walnuts - Avocados
