Any time I'm working with a remote client my main priority is to make sure that they are held accountable for the program that I issue. I ask for bi-weekly status reports and all feedback and videos that they can provide. So someone that I'm working with will have to show me that they are putting in the effort. There's a lot of information available online and most people do not know where to start looking or what the best routine/meal plan will help them reach their body goals. Having someone guide them and then hold them accountable to the plan will always yield better results.
My go-to workout is a half-mile run with my dog Emma every morning.
Fruit smoothie in the morning and low calorie wrap options for lunch and dinner.
Veal, some variations of fish, and salad with fruit in it.
