Each client is different and it’s important to understand the individual because you cannot use a general informational packet for each person to get the maximum results.
An overall body workout, lasting no more than an hour, is my go-to. Strength training with cardio.
I love breakfast, so I like creating combinations of overnight oats, and protein waffles/pancakes.
Texture can be an issue for me so I avoid eating avocado. I also do not like tomatoes.
