My mission is to help as many clients as I can in achieving their fitness, life, and nutrition goals. I have life experiences in the last 20 years of losing 35 pounds and 30 percent body fat due to hypothyroidism. I have battled chronic pain, energy loss, loss of strength, and the ability to continue to lose body fat when my thyroid levels went off balance. I have exercised since I was 16 years old either in weightlifting, sprint triathlons, cycling, powerlifting, and crossfit. It has been a dream of mine since I was 19 years old to be a personal trainer. I love encouraging and motivating others to do things they never thought they could do or achieve. My time with my clients is at all times of the day. When I commit to a client, I put my heart and soul into helping them any way that I can. I believe in open and honest communication. I believe in a combination of nutrition and training for maximal results. I can't wait to work with each and every one of you.
