A client should train with me because I will genuinely and intently listen to the clients wants and needs. We all have hurdles we need to overcome, especially when it comes to health and discipline, and I will very intently listen to each clients needs and wants, and help make a detailed plan that will work for them and their individual goals and hardships. Each individual needs a different approach, and my ability to be intently compassionate and understanding will help me approach each client the way I need to in order to truly help them.
I love a good lift, specifically a push day. Nothing better to me than pushing that iron!
My favorite healthy foods are fruits, fish, eggs and oats! Can't beat oatmeal before a workout.
I'm not a huge fan of chicken, but other than that with healthy food its game on!
