The difference between me and some other trainers is my passion, level of determination, love of people, and humbleness. Some trainers and other programs will believe in this "it worked for me so it works for them" idea.... which is not typically the case. I care about each individual, their specific goals, specific needs and accommodations, and recognize that everyone is unique. I create workouts that are safe but challenging, systematically increasing in proprioception and difficulty, and enjoyable so that clients stick with it.
I love HIIT style workouts that incorporate resistance, cardio, stability, and core training.
Huge fan of smoked salmon on bagels or toast & I love making fruit smoothies, especially in summer!
