I'll also help fit the best routine for their schedule and lifestyle to reach the goals that they have I will encourage them and be there when they need that little push to never give up. I will ask as many questions to get as much information as needed to help fit the plan to them and be there if they ever have any questions or need help.
My go to workout would have to be using the TRX System since I can do It at home or on the road.
Seafood is my favorite because it's high in protein & low in saturated fats. Delicious!!
