I achieved a bachelors degree in exercise science and am very knowledgeable of how the body functions. I have experience working with several physical therapist and exercise physiologist. They have taught me how to safely and properly interact with clients. Additionally, I am outgoing and have a genuine interest in the progress of those who want to better their health.
