I will encourage you to stick to the process of obtaining your goals, be a motivating support system when times are tough, and provide continued feedback/knowledge so that you know when you are making a difference!
My fav go-to workout would be a 3-round circuit of plyometric exercises for the lower body and core!
Nicely grilled chicken breast, seasoned with salt & pepper, brown rice, and a lightly dressed salad!
Didn't hate it, but tried a poke bowl once, and for me, it was too much all mixed together! Haha =0
