My back ground in training started in the military. Training my soldiers and evolved after I got out into a certified position at my local gym. I’ve had years of training and experience.
I’m fun, passionate, relatable, and adaptable. These are key attributes to being a good trainer. The problem with fitness for a lot of people is that it becomes monotonous and I combat that with my unique training style.
Row Machine, Yoga, Circuit, Strength training. Sounds crazy but I love it.
