My mission is to make the lifelong benefits of movement and exercise available to everyone, in a safe comfortable setting, so that people can be strong enough and flexible enough to live their everyday lives to the fullest.

I have a lot of experience working with people in their training and making adjustments to that training based on both the results and experience of the workout. I will continue to strive to ensure that the program is customizable to the needs of the client. Even as needs change I can evaluate and adjust to keep the client moving in a way that makes sense to both of us.
