I keep my training sessions easygoing, I enjoy conversation, and knowing my education/experience, I can confidently say that I can provide training that is science-backed, progresses logically, and allows for an individual to train in a safe, progressively challenging manner.
Strength/power training - I may be retired, but I still love training like an athlete.
