I have always helped others push past their limits in anything they do. I believe in only positive reinforcement over negativity to try to push someone and reach their true potential. Also make sure that my clients get their form down and give precise instructions on helping make that mind muscle connection. As well as us modified ways to work with those clients with prior injuries.
I do mostly weight training as well as core strengthening exercises and cardio for heart health!

That I was ejected from a car at 100 mph and died 6 times and rehabbed myself back to where I am now
