Exercise isn't always fun. The biggest challenge I see with clients is their lack of commitment to a fitness plan over time. My training style is a lot more effective in the sense of keeping clients motivated and enthused throughout the entire program. I love to collaborate with clients to find out what activities they enjoy and how we can implement some of those activities into the exercise program. I am also skilled in rehab, injury prevention, and balance enhancement training programs.
