I believe that clients should train with me because my experiences as a trainer so far with various other clients has afforded me the opportunity to learn how best to communicate the service that I am offering so that there is little discrepancy as to what is most achievable. This has made it easier over time to form partnerships with my clients in which both of us are doing the best that we can to successfully reach the target at hand.
My go-to workout would definitely be boxing, especially as a way to clear my mind after a long day.
