My Mission
The world is a better place when people have the confidence, energy, and mental fortitude to bring their individual gifts to fruition. I aim to give you that confidence by guiding you through your fitness journey. During this journey, you will learn what you are truly capable of mentally and physically as you work to achieve and surpass your goals. As you progress through your program, you will learn to shed limiting beliefs and replace negative self-talk with positive affirmations and determination. This gives you the mental tools to quickly achieve their goals. In addition, the intrinsic satisfaction that comes from sticking to positive behaviors will become addicting and reinforce your ability to apply the same process to anything else you want to achieve in life. Seeing people grow and develop into the best versions of themselves is what drives me to be the most effective trainer, coach, and mentor possible. Train with me to elevate yourself and the world!

My background

I’ve been passionate about health and fitness my entire life, eventually studying nutrition in college. I’m an avid climber, hiker, and skier as well as an amateur yogi and meditation practitioner!

Why Train With Me

You should train with me because I will listen to and empathize with you, paying special attention to the pain points that present barriers to your training. Additionally, I like to emphasize the mental aspects of training in my programming and interactions with my clients. This includes programming complex movements where good form is ensured by thinking about proper muscle activation. Mindfulness techniques and frequent check-ins on how specific movements feel reinforce this philosophy.

My go-to workout

Bodyweight circuits. A do anywhere workout that builds muscle, burns fat, and gets the blood moving!

Healthy food I love

Honestly, I love salads. Load those plant nachos up with some healthy goodies and you’re good to go!

Spirulina is disgusting. As are any of the "dirt tasting" vegetables like beets or turnips.
