A client should train with me because I am patient and know how to motivate a variety of people. My background as a Division 1 coxswain allows me to know how valuable motivation from others is with training. I have a BS in Kinesiology and am a certified personal trainer through the ACSM. I am passionate about helping people be the best version of themselves.
My go-to workout is a good lift session followed by a 30-minute cycle.
