I take a very client centered approach. My goal is to always achieve the client's goals, and I would do that by creating workout and nutrition protocols that not only further them on their health and fitness journey, but also are tailored to their preferences. I do not believe in a one size fits all plan, so I would take into consideration a client's starting health and fitness level, goals, likes and dislikes, equipment availability, and times per week they would like to train.
