I love strenght training, specially training legs and i do it in a fun circuit when time is an issue
Love crunchy vegetables, salmon and sweet potatoes make a perfect meal for me and fruits

I love a mix of everything, from salsa to metal would say to keep me motivated during a workout
That i enjoy healthy food so much and that i do enjoy working out
