Accountability. Everyone needs accountability! I myself have a personal coach that I learn from every time we meet and I can bring that to all of my clients that I work with. People need a cheerleader in their corner, but also someone that will push them to be the best they can be!
My go-to workout is lifting free weights. I love strength training and of course working on my abs!
Salads with all the good fixings and some protein is my favorite, but also dipping veggies in hummus
