My mission is to not only make your body strong, but your mind. I was in and out of the mental hospital a lot as a kid for suicide attempts. I hated myself. When I really got into fitness and stopped the negative self talk is when I saw my life drastically improve. If I can help people who feel the same I did then I know I am completing my lifelong mission.

Training with me ensures that you are doing the best possible thing for your body/goals, while also developing a personal connection. I like to make clients find ways that they can actually enjoy exercise and enhance their lifestyles by incorporating it regularly.
