My mission is to help people look and feel their best, and to understand their habits and how to use a positive outlook to motivate, inspire, and achieve their goals. I have unconditional positive regard for my clients and believe they're doing the best they can in any given moment. My job is to educate, inform, inspire, and lead. Communication and collaboration are the cornerstones of how I work with my clients. I am an expert in meeting you where you are; you don't need anything to improve your health, beyond an open mind and a willingness to show up for yourself, be consistent and be communicative through our coaching sessions. Changing your habits, and approaching your health with curiosity makes this joint effort incredibly fun! My favorite phrase: "we don't know until we try!" really embodies my approach to habit change. Embarking on new ways to approach your nutrition and movement is an adventure, and I can't wait to be your collaborative partner!

Great question. I think everyone has to ask themselves this, regardless of if they are working remotely or otherwise! What I bring to the coaching experience is unique. I really take my time to hold space for my clients and understand that they are doing the best they can in any given moment--it's my job to help motivate, inspire, and guide--and I cherish that and view it as sacred. If people are willing to invest in themselves by taking time out of their day to be coached, I am certainly going to bring that same level of dedication and attention to them and their goals!
