My goal is to inspire everyone I work with the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally. In my personal experiences, holistic approaches to health are very important, and I wish to share the wisdom I've learned with as many people as possible!

Having been a Division I athlete myself, I understand the importance of fitness for a person's mental and physical well-being. Besides being a trainer, I am also a certified EMT, which allows me to bring a more diverse spectrum of knowledge to those sessions.
