My mission is to make everyone feel at home in their body. I think fitness should be fun, because if we aren't here to have fun, then what will keep us coming back? I want my clients to leave with a smile on their face and sweat on their brow; I want them to feel as though I challenged them with my creative routines, yet gave them space to show up exactly as they are. I can't imagine life without movement; it is my number one route to inner peace. I firmly believe every person can find a form of movement that suits their interests and skillsets throughout his/her lifetime. It is imperative for people of all ages to build strength and stamina, and I am here to help.
Megan's mantra
Exercise culture is omnipresent and can feel saturated; it's overwhelming to find the right fit and the right form of movement. I understand this to my core, and so, I meet people where they are TODAY. I help to devise a plan and program that will help them feel and move THEIR best, while always having fun. Working with people is my passion and my personality is my biggest asset.
