A lesson that I've learned is that you get what you pay for. Free online information is not individualized. Not everyone is going to perform a movement the same way. (i.e a deadlift) Additionally, anyone can post information online. That does not mean that it is necessarily correct. I see this a lot with online nutritional information/resources. I think that I would be a good trainer, because of my background in nutrition. I am also an experienced olympic lifter who has worked with several experienced/educated coaches.
