Many things online are misinforming so it is always good to hear it from a professional who looks at the science behind the human body. I have competed and trained individuals of all backgrounds and body types. Each person is an INDIVIDUAL. Many trainers will give out a generic program for every client. I look at the clients as a whole. What they like and dislike and how I can push them to be their best, not just in fitness.
