I would personally make it my mission to find exercises for clients that are specifically right for them rather than a general recommendation. I pride myself in being able to find modified workouts for clients and be able to teach and execute. I always make sure my clients know why they are doing an exercise and what muscles are being effected by the workout.
My favorite type of exercise is a full body workout that incorporates weights and cardio.
I try to stay away from food items that have added sugars. I eat a ton of fruits, veggies & protein.
Even though I love vegetables, I struggle to eat broccoli.
