Client connection is super important to me. I want to be able to inspire my clients when it comes to my coaching, and to do that it is important to create good coach/client relationships! It is important to me to find the time to connect with my clients on topics outside of training as well, which allows me to be able to motivate and push them even more towards their goals.
My go-to workout is lifting back and biceps. I love to finish with some cardio or a HIIT circuit!
I love cooked vegetables, especially zucchini. Avocado toast with an egg is a go-to for me as well!
I'm not too picky, but I will never eat a tomato plain!
