Having a coach makes the journey a lot less painful and lot more pleasant. Attempting a journey on your own can lead to goals being left by the wayside when things get difficult. A great coach sifts through the extraneous, and brings clarity to the route needed for the desired change.
Currently, I love kettlebell complexes. I use them to increase strength, and improve conditioning.
