Being a personal trainer is not a 9-5 or clock in/clock out type of job. Unless I am sleeping I am always ready to answer my clients texts, emails, or phone calls. Whether a client needs help picking out a menu item at a restaurant or needs assistance with a bodyweight exercise when doing a home workout, I make it known that I am always available for questions. Clients benefit from me more then other free information and services due to my consistent care and accountability.
