I have been training for around 20 years now and I believe with this experience that I will be able to help them achieve their goals safer and possibly quicker, depends on their commitment and how they progress through the system. I also, educate them on what we are working to accomplish and that some days may be more challenging than others but I will be there with them along this journey.
I have an interval training routine that I do that gets the HR up and last between 20-30 minutes.
All kinds of vegetables, especially the green ones. I can eat them plain or with a little seasoning
I'd say kale, but I do have it from time to time, it just doesn't hit my taste buds.

I can listen to anything really or I can go without. I just get locked in and go to town.
That I have 2 children that are about 15 years apart and that I'm older than I look. I stay fit!
