The reason I got into fitness is because I loved how it made me feel. I used to be a skinny athlete growing up. But after starting my bodybuilding journey, I not only gained muscle, but confidence too. My self esteem drastically improved. What I learned is that natural bodybuilding, if done correctly, can truly help you to become the best version of yourself. Mentally, physically, and spiritually. As long as you leave your ego at the door. Helping humans to achieve their health and fitness goals is truly what inspires me. In the pursuit of accomplishing this mission, empathy is extremely important. As a trainer, you have to be able to understand and share the feelings of your client without being sympathetic. Everyone has potential. My mission is to help as many clients as possible realize their own potential to change their life through health and fitness under the guidance of a professional trainer. My 2 main clients lost a combined 220lbs while building muscle and confidence.
Matthew's mantra
I am there to motivate the client, answer any questions they have concerning health, fitness, and nutrition. I am very knowledgeable and always try to get the client to understand that fitness is more than just physical results. I make sure to explain the positive effects it will have on their mental and spiritual growth along with their physical growth.
