My go to workout is most definitely heavy strength training, nothing like pumping iron
You can never go wrong with meat & potatoes, but i also love a good fruit parfait to put on a smile.

I like to mix it up between hip hop and rock. Nothing gets you hype like a little linkin park. ??
I have won a DF world championship in powerlifting, I’m told that i don’t look as strong as i am.
