I believe that a client should train with me over someone else because I can give them what is truly important for them to reach their goals without adding layers of stress. I will keep my client focused on their goals by keeping them accountable and working to make it as easy and stress free as possible for them to achieve that goal.
My go to workout is Olympic lifting or riding the Peloton bike
