I believe people should train with me because I'm an easy person to talk to, and I have served a wide range of clients in regard to fitness level. I think I have a good ability to meet people where they are.
30 minutes of peloton followed by 30 minutes of heavy compound movements (Squats, Deadlifts, Bench)
Stir Fry! They are so easy to make, and you can rotate your protein sources for variety.
Not a huge fan of salads in general.

This changes so much for me. Right now it's Drake, Two Friends, Kanye, and itsmurphmusic.
I love and swear by sauna use at least 3x per week after a workout. Helps my mental health greatly!
