The free information online is convenient, but at the same time can be very overwhelming. Unfortunately a lot of the information is not evidence based and there are a lot of fad diets and exercises. Clients should train with me because my passion is fitness and helping others achieve their goals so that they live a healthy, happy life. I have great respect and empathy for those who are trying to improve their health because I know how much of a struggle it can be. I will provide clients with accurate, effective information relating to nutrition and exercise physiology at anytime of the day.
