My mission is to make a difference in someone’s life. To me everyone has a story to tell, whether that be: finishing a 5K run, losing weight, rehabbing after a surgery, or just feeling better. I have had my fair share of ups and downs. I am a former high school and college athlete, but I am also a brain tumor survivor as well. Health and fitness doesn’t just define the athlete, it can mean so much more to each person. The biggest question is what is that goal that you want to achieve?
Mathias's mantra
For me I have a very wide background in fitness. I have worked with seniors to youth, from athletes to cancer patients. Over the years I have had clients say to me they saw something online and I have to explain to them that what you see/read is not always correct. It also helps when you have someone like myself keep them accountable and on track. I know many people who buy videos/programs do it for a week or two and then most of the time just stop.
