For me I have a very wide background in fitness. I have worked with seniors to youth, from athletes to cancer patients. Over the years I have had clients say to me they saw something online and I have to explain to them that what you see/read is not always correct. It also helps when you have someone like myself keep them accountable and on track. I know many people who buy videos/programs do it for a week or two and then most of the time just stop.
My go workout it doing 45 minutes on my cycling bike and then doing a TRX and kettlebell workout!
My top five would have to be Avocado, Blueberries, Tomatoes, Chicken and any Seafood
