With the vast amount of information and misinformation out there, it is difficult to distinguish what is what. Years of studying and research experience has helped me to do just that. I also feel as though I will be a good fit for you as I know the struggle of fighting with myself to find the motivation to better myself and I know what it’s like to fail over and over again and it stinks! BUT, we get to go through those challenges together instead of alone.

I enjoy eating/cooking so sometimes people don't understand how I can gain muscle and lose weight!
