I have been working out for about 5 years and that experience leads to knowing how to actually apply the knowledge that people can find online. Also the nuance with training a person is very different person to person. I also think more long term. I'm all for losing 30lbs in 1 month but I want them to keep that fat off for the rest of their lives and I want them to build the habits they need to keep it off.
My favourite workout is a heavy deadlift with some accessory lifts and even some kicking for power
I love meal prepping so I only need to cook a few times a week, which is usually stir fry on rice
I just don't like eggplants or mushrooms. It's a texture thing for me.

metal/rap for my heavy days. Lighter days I don't always listen to music, helps me push myself
That I used to be overweight and very unhealthy. I actually hated the gym the first time I went.
