I have vast knowledge and experience that sets me apart from other trainers. I have successfully trained hundreds of clients of various ages and I know what it takes to achieve one’s goals. In addition to my formal education, I have gained vast experiential knowledge over my 30 years training clients and maintaining my own health and fitness. I understand the psychology associated with meeting health and fitness goals and I know how to motivate and encourage clients whether they have never exercised or have tried various modalities.
If I had to choose only one workout it would be Pilates. It hits all my goals in one session.
