I have training and experience to help modify workouts or exercises to get the most out of them for their body specifically and will make sure they're being safe, therefore reducing the possibility of injury. I get along with most people really well and make exercising something to look forward to doing. The success rates for people who work a program on their own versus those who get a small group together or just have a trainer working with them is so much higher for those not trying to do it on their own. The accountability piece is so huge and it's been proven again and again that it really works to keep you coming back on the hardest days.
