My Mission

Having the knowledge and skills to help someone with their most prized possession, their health, is exceptionally rewarding to me. Getting clients from point A to B is my mission. Whether you are trying to lose weight, get back in shape, tone muscle or gain muscle my mission is to provide you with the information and motivation you need to get the job done. Consistency is everything when it comes to body transformation and I’m here to keep you focus and on schedule. Let’s get to work.

Why Train With Me

I was able to gain marketable skills during my military career as a PTA such as joint mobilization, soft tissue massage therapy, exercise therapy, splinting, and taping. I was also trained on several modalities such as cryotherapy, electrical muscle stimulation, traction, and ultrasound. My background in patient care and being the Physical trainer leader for over 125 Airforce members at Wright Patterson AFB gives me an edge over other trainers. My experience has increased attention to details for issues such as bad technique, muscle imbalances, flexibility and injuries.
