My mission is to help clients escape from the stresses of life with a fun and very beneficial workout which ultimately helps them then handle those stresses more easily and comfortably. During the workouts, they will be burning fat, strengthening muscle, relieving stress, and improving their overall health and fitness.
The reason a client is looking for help is because they lack motivation. My clients always tell me that my style makes them want to push and do better themselves. I always help them to see the benefits and understanding of each exercise without an aggressive drill sergeant approach. Unless that's what they like then I can turn that on too. But ultimately I want them to feel confident and comfortable and connected to each movement and each workout.
