I lost 30 pounds so I could pursue my dreams of sports and I want to share that passion with others! I believe that the journey to improved health and fitness is collaborative, and I strive to empower my clients with the knowledge and skills they need to take control of their own health. Without my network of supportive friends, I would not have been motivated enough to continue my fitness journey and I want to provide that environment for my clients. I would be a good fit for any client because, unlike many people who I have met in the field, I have not always been fit. I have changed through many different body types, which gives me the ability to truly relate to anyone no matter where they are on their fitness journey.
