My mission is to develop clients in all forms of health. 5 components of Health (Mental, Cardiovascular, Nutrition, Flexibility, and Strength Training). My way of training is to get to the roots of our goals. I like to tap into the Mental to understand limitations, fears, trauma, thoughts, etc. that may keep a client from reaching their goals. While also helping them to find the motivations to propel them forward. Adjusting life overall to simplify and properly manage schedule. So that when it comes to health focus, it’s no distractions to disrupt the momentum and fun that comes with improving self. Before I moved to Austin I was 297. Within 3 months I lost 77pounds at 25. I learned in that process that it takes more than just weights and eating right. When I chose to focus on myself holistically and total balance, it lead to my weight loss and my continued chase of my best self! We’ll do this together. Judgement free. We all fall short but it wont keep us from winning the long game!

My overall experience/knowledge of the body. I have my Bachelors in Exercise Science, worked in Physical Therapy for 4 years while in college, Future PTA, ISSA Personal Trainer, Issa Nutritionist, and Issa Strength and Conditioning Coach. This knowledge helps me understand how to properly set up regimen for each individual, focus on the minor details, and problem solve for best results. While being empathetic to clients needs and goals.It’s more than just regimen building. It’s people building.
