I constantly go through mentor training and other business classes that help build my foundation to be successful. Able to know how to talk with your peers and other people they may not understand why fitness is important. I continue to talk with my coaches to make sure I am on the right path for me and my client. Before I can teach anyone else, I had to teach myself, discipline myself, and encourage myself. Able to do that which gave me the tools that I used to pass them down to my clients.
My favorite go-to-workout are glute bridges. You can do them just about anywhere and you only need body weight
Healthy foods that I eat are seafood, vegetable, and fruit.
