I’m going to keep them on a progressive/structured track that’s going to actually deliver results while actually taking their lifestyle, availability, and limitations all into account. I’m the only one who is going to tailor/customize and motivate them in the way they need those things specifically for them. Finally, this is OUR journey and we’re in it together. If they’re successful, I’m successful.
My go to workout is athletic performance based strength & conditioning. Any leg sesh is a good sesh.
I love citrus and tropical fruits. I also love any variation of a healthy sandwich.
