Working with a good coach will condense all of the information into actionable steps and goals. You could spin your wheels for years listening to online information, or you could hire a coach and they can troubleshoot/figure out why you’re not making progress in a relatively rapid fashion.
Big fan of Leg Days because they are perceived as the hardest, so I feel more accomplished after.
